Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LGA Hub ("LGA Hub," "we," "our," or "us"), the publisher and distributor of the digital products offered on lgahub.com and on any sales page or checkout managed by LGA Hub (together, the "Site").

By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read these Terms, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy our products.

LGA Hub publishes digital products such as e-books, guides, spreadsheets, templates, checklists and related educational content ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

Descriptions, titles, prices and included materials are shown on each product page. We may update Products, bonuses and pricing at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed.

Orders are placed through a secure third-party checkout (currently Cartpanda) and paid by the methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by the checkout and payment providers, not stored by LGA Hub.

After your payment is confirmed, we send the download link to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If you do not receive your Product, contact us at lga.ecommerceshop@gmail.com and we will resend it.

All purchases are one-time payments unless the product page clearly states otherwise. We do not enroll you in subscriptions or recurring charges without clear notice.

All Products, text, graphics, logos, spreadsheets and other content are owned by LGA Hub or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

When your payment is completed, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, store and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, publish, upload to file-sharing sites, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Product, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may suspend access and pursue legal remedies for violations.

Unless a product page states otherwise, every Product purchased through a page managed by LGA Hub is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email lga.ecommerceshop@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, including the email used at checkout and your order number if available.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the credit. Refund requests made after the 7-day period are not guaranteed and are reviewed at our discretion.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve valid refund requests quickly. If a chargeback is filed for a purchase that is within or was refunded under this policy, we may submit proof of delivery, communication and acceptance of these Terms to the payment provider and may restrict future purchases.

Our Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. LGA Hub is an independent publisher. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, lender, law firm, tax preparer, accounting firm or healthcare provider, and nothing in any Product is individualized financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice.

Some Products are published under author names or pen names, including "James Carter," which represent independent research and editorial work published by LGA Hub. Pen names are not licensed or certified professionals.

Consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial or other major decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use the information.

Examples, figures, projections and testimonials are illustrative or individual experiences, are not typical, and are not a promise of results. Results depend on many factors, including your income, debts, expenses, effort, decisions, market conditions and circumstances. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use automated tools to scrape it, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

The Site and checkout rely on third-party services such as payment processors, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Site and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGA Hub and its owners, contractors, authors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or any Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LGA Hub from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at lga.ecommerceshop@gmail.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If a dispute is not resolved, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and LGA Hub consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Nothing here limits any rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Changes apply to purchases and use of the Site after they are posted. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LGA Hub regarding the Site and Products.
